I was recently tagged by a client as "Her Nordstrom Realtor". This compliment arose out of three transactions I had completed with her over the past couple of years. The mortgage calculator even has 19 different functions that will help you determine when it is time to refinance, whether it is better to rent or buy and, by comparison, which loan is best for your upcoming purchase or refinance.

The resources page is a "personal concierge" for all contact numbers you will need for utilities, city offices, theaters, attractions, sports organizations and even for making reservations at great restaurants!

The home search is one of the best search engines available for finding a home and pin-pointing on a map its location and the services around it. By bookmarking this page you can come back at any time to search. With the click of your mouse you will also be able to send me a email and ask for more information on any home you are considering. This search is directly tied-into the MLS system and will always have the most up-to-date listings.
